Custom Spray Devices
ESC provides precision-fabricated stainless steel and Hastelloy CIP spray devices designed to clean interior surfaces of vertical and horizontal storage tanks and process vessels. These fixed-position spray devices can also be applied to hoppers, chutes, ductwork, blenders, dryers, conveyors, and other equipment properly designed for CIP cleaning.

Filter Housing CIP Spray Devices
ESC offers spray device solutions designed for validatable in-line cleaning of filter housings as part of a process CIP circuit. These devices help reduce the need to remove filter housings for offline cleaning while supporting improved cleanability, reduced handling, and operator safety.
