Estwing’s warranty is not a lifetime warranty. however, Estwing fully warrants its all-steel hammers against failure in normal use, but does not warrant its tools againsT misuse, abuse, or wearing out.
For 100 years, millions of satisfied customers have proven that Estwing tools provide greater value and satisfaction than other similar tools.
If you feel you have a fair claim, contact your Estwing retailer. If you cannot reach your Estwing retailer, please call Estwing customer service at 815-397-9558.
We cannot repair, re-grip or refurbish any used striking or struck tool, in accordance with the American National Safety Requirements for Nail Hammers, ANSI/HTI, b173.1-190. These standards are written with you, the consumer, in mind and we are committed to abide by these safety requirements.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
The Estwing Titanium Hammer will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the usable life of the original product for 1 year. If the Estwing Titanium Hammer fails to conform to the Limited Warranty during the Warranty Period, Estwing Mfg. Co. will, at its sole discretion, accept the return of the product and replace the Estwing Titanium Hammer. If the Estwing Titanium Hammer is no longer available, replacement may be made with a framing hammer designed for similar use, at Estwing Mfg. Co.’s sole discretion. This is your sole and exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty. This Limited Warranty is not transferable from the original purchaser to subsequent owners, and the Warranty Period will not be extended in duration or expanded in coverage for any such transfer.
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage to the Estwing Titanium Hammer caused by modifications, alterations, tampering, improper maintenance, improper use, abuse, misuse, poor maintenance, or because of normal wear and tear. This warranty does not cover damage to any hammer which results from striking the hammer against hardened objects such as hardened nails or hardened steel tools (cats’ paws, chisels, bolts, steel form stakes, and concrete form retainer pins, etc.). Estwing Titanium Hammers should not be struck upon hardened objects; this can result in damage to the face of the hammer as well as injury or death to the user or bystanders. This tool is designed for driving common, unhardened nails.

A copy of proof of purchase from an authorized retailer must also be included with the shipment to confirm the product has not been transferred to another party from the original purchaser. Maintain the original receipt for future reference. (NOTE: PO BOXES are not valid return addresses due to carrier restrictions). Unless specified herein, Estwing Mfg. Co. will bear all costs of return shipping to the owner.
ALL WARANTY CLAIMS MUST BE SUBMITTED ON ESTWING.COM/CONTACT-US/WARRANTY-CLAIM BEFORE ANY ACTION WILL BE TAKEN. FAILURE TO CONTACT ESTWING WILL LEAD TO DELAYS OR DENIAL OF CLAIM.

BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR THE ESTWING TITANIUM HAMMER, AND ESTWING MFG. CO.’S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR THE PRODUCT WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE ESTWING TITANIUM HAMMER BY THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER.
Some states and/or non-U.S. jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or exclusions/limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. The disclaimers, exclusions, and limitations of liability under this limited warranty will not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
Estwing warrants that the Farrier Driving Hammer will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser of the hammer. If the Estwing Farrier Driving Hammer fails to conform to the Limited Warranty during the Warranty Period, Estwing Mfg. Co. will accept the return of the product and replace the Estwing Farrier Driving Hammer. If the Estwing Farrier Driving Hammer is no longer offered for sale by Estwing, replacement may be made with a hammer designed for similar use, at Estwing Mfg. Co.’s sole discretion. This Limited Warranty is not transferable from the original purchaser to subsequent owners, and the Warranty Period will not be extended in duration or expanded in coverage for any such transfer. The Estwing Farrier Driving Hammer must be registered with Estwing Mfg. Co. to be covered by warranty.
