Similar requirements are contained in OSHA Construction Standard 29 CFR 1926.102. The Mine Safety and Health Administration requires eye protection in the mining environment 30CFR 55.14-4, 30 CFR 56-15-4, 30 CFR 57-15-4, 30 DFR 75.1720 (a) an d30 CFR 77.1710 (a).
